Edna Parr

Mrs. Parr received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education
from Sul Ross State University and a Master of Education degree in Administration from Lubbock-Christian University. She currently completed her Superintendents certification, also from Lubbock-Christian University.

Mrs. Parr taught for one year at Alderson Junior High School in Lubbock ISD before becoming the Computer Application teacher at Lubbock-Cooper Junior High School
in 1994. During that time, Mrs. Parr also served as the Lubbock-Cooper High School volleyball coach for three years, and led the Lady Pirates to their first-ever
playoff berth. She also served as the 21st Century Grant Program Director and
Assistant Principal of LCMS for two years.

Mrs. Parr is married to Kent, a science teacher and coach at Lubbock-Cooper
High School. The Parr’s have three children: Ashley, a junior at LCHS, and twins,
Tyler and Taylor, who are in the eighth grade at LCMS.
